When I first came to San Pedro in 1992 on holiday, there we just a few townhouses on the beachside. With the completion of the San Pedro tunnel and the fantastic Boulevard running above it, the town of town San Pedro Alcantara has shifted down towards the beach. You are now spoiled for choice with several trendy bars and restaurants and communal parks and recreation areas to enjoy. And of course, you can now buy apartments, penthouses, townhouses and villas at San Pedro Beachside all within just a gentle stroll to the beach and to the town itself. Acqua

Los Angeles
Urbanisation of small villas and townhouses (villas with an average plot size of 500m2) built from the late 1970s, ideally situated close to the beach and the town, most of the chalets have been renovated by owners however some original builds still remain.
Los Almendros
One of the original Proincosta builds from the late 1990’s with yellow exteriors and blue trim, these well-built apartments are situated between the boulevard and Loude school and offer a well-established community, gardens, saltwater swimming pools, parking and concierge service.

Los Naranjos
Built in around 2001 by Proincosta, with sea views from the higher levels this well run community has an internal community garden with swimming pools and concierge service. Lorcrisur

Señorío de Guadalmina (Corona)
Situated on the boulevard yet only a short walk to the beach these apartments were built around 2005 and offer a fantastic location at reasonable prices. Many units have fabulous sea views from the south and urban views from the rear. Parking and storage provided.
