A walk down memory lane
Back in 1994 our founder Anthony came on holiday to Southern Spain. San Pedro town was one of the places he made a brief stop, but back then there were just a few villas and townhouses on the beachside, the rest being open land! The old town was further up the hill some distance from the beach. When Anthony moved down to the coast in 2003, he settled in San Pedro. Here he saw a great deal of potential and has seen the infrastructure improve significantly over the past 20 years. Fast forward to 2023 and now you find that much of San Pedro Beachside is developed with stunning communities in this absolutely amazing location.
