Another day spent at home (of course)!
We are more fortunate than many in that we have a nice garden so can pop out into to get some air.

It’s got to be tough if you are a family of 4 or more locked up in a 65m2 2 bed apartment with little or no outside space. Patience will be being tested for sure…!

So far, as a family we have managed to get through eight days without any significant escalations!
It’s really unusual for us all to be at home during the day for more than 2-3 hours even on the weekends. The guys are usually out with their friends, at the gym, or on the golf course. My wife would be at tennis, or catching up with friends. I would be with clients on a Saturday and playing golf with friends on Sunday morning. None of it!

But even when we are busy, we almost always eat at least one meal as a family at the dining table or kitchen table. I’m a bit old fashioned like that – limited number of TV dinners allowed and no eating in your bedroom – even if ‘that is the way everyone else does it these days’!! I think it’s an important time together, to talk, to laugh and to exchange experiences of the day.
I have never been a big conspiracy theorist, but I must admit to having been drawn into a few discussions on the weekend by reading articles online and discussing them with friends. On the one hand I don’t want to waste my energy contemplating things that I could never prove or have an impact on, but on the other hand I don’t like the idea of being sheep. When news of COVID-19 broke, I was chatting with John as friend and client. He raised the point of what was being covered up, what were ‘they’ diverting our attention from? Happy to chat with you personally on these topics if you are interested, but do some online research on 5G and the impact of an drastically increased electromagnetic field on the earth and us carbon life forms.

We learned today that the lock down here is Spain is going to be extended for another 15 days! Pretty drastic measures, but personally I am happy with it. Sure, everyone’s business is going to be affected, but if it saves lives, well it has my support. What`s your view on it?
