Obviously that’s not possible at the moment.  For me, this lock down has meant I have had to reframe things in my mind – what is it can I consider to be productive, what personal wins can I take from the day?

Take this email for example – I committed to write 15 emails in 15 days and here we are on day 17… I will be writing to you on day 30 for sure and probably beyond as it seems highly likely there will be a further extension to the lockdown.  So for me, writing the daily email is included in my daily check list of productive items. My hope remains that you find them of interest and small interlude to your day.

I have now set up my new HQ in the kitchen – before I was hovering between lounge, bed room and kitchen. It’s probably the quietest place in the house apart from the traffic of my sons raiding the food cupboards every 10 minutes! Then of course there is Majic too, who comes in to sniff about in case they have dropped a few morsels - sometimes she gets lucky!

It’s hard to believe that less than a month ago we were swimming and catching waves in the Atlantic just past Tarifa. It’s one of my favourite places to escape to on a weekend if I am not working. I can’t wait to go back there.  I´ll write more on that another time and tell you about some of the great places to visit in Andalucia.
